Two Indiana offices

Indianapolis and Lafayette. Both staffed, both local, both reachable by a person during business hours.

We are a central Indiana firm. That is a deliberate limit rather than a lack of ambition, because being local is most of what makes our helpdesk work. We do support national and international clients where they fit a very specific profile, and that is usually because an existing client grew.

Coverage

Who we can reach and how quickly.

Central Indiana is the core. From the Indianapolis office we regularly work across Marion, Hamilton, Boone, Hendricks, Johnson and Hancock counties. From Lafayette we cover Tippecanoe and the surrounding area.

Most of what we do day to day is delivered remotely, and quickly, because the helpdesk and the engineering team sit in the same building. On site work is scheduled, and for managed clients it is included rather than billed by the visit.
